I've had this in my bike for a year and I've been pretty happy with it and would even go as far to say it's the best hidden bike multi-tool on the market. It's definitely the best I've used personally anyway and everyone I've shown it has been blown away. Mine doesn't rattle much and even if it does rattle a little you're riding a mountainbike... Down a mountain.... Like what?... Good Lord. Anyway the thing is super convenient and has all the bits you could pretty much need plus their standard size unlike some tools so if you want to change the bits out with other bits it's no problem. Just the fact it has a ratchet is a huge plus over all the other tools like this I've used. It's also super easy to get the tool out when needed compared to some of the bar end multi-tools. Most importantly the thing has saved me quite a few times on the trail so I'm definitely super glad to have it with me at all times and would buy it again in a heartbeat. Thinking about buying another one for my hard tail but then I won't have anything to do with all of the hand-me-down bike multi-tools I've gone through to get to this one.

The extended Phillips bit lacks the retention cutout that's present on all other bits, so it gets stuck in the ratchet. You need to use another tool to pry the locking clip on the ratchet head back enough to release the bit. Compared to the oneup EDC, there's less feature diversity (no chain tool, tire lever, co2 storage etc) but the ability to install it without threading the fork or needing to additionally purchase a pump or bespoke stem lowers the cost of entry to something that's pretty darn hard to leave home without.

Bought as a gift for my son who wanted to stop caring so much gear while MTB. Son loves them "Awesome surprise gift". Quality is top notch, fits perfectly into the stem, and couldn't be easier to install. the spring is powerful enough that it made my son jump when he first opened it (20 y/o). As we were installing it he was talking about who all he wanted to show it off to. Highly recommend.......Only problem is now I have to buy one for myself.

Was a gift from my wife and I love it. Just install it using the star nut. That way it will fit on even my Trek Marlin 7 2022. If you need help doing this search YouTube and there a video on how to install this way.

This tool is great. I use it all the time. The mounting place makes it simple to access. The add ons are cool too; air tag holder and bike computer mount. Install takes only minutes and the tool is stowed not taking up any room in bags. Mine does not rattle, I don’t routinely drop it so that is also not an issue. I would love to see a version for older road bikes that don’t have a tapered head.
