44 mm Presta tubeless valve stems with a cap that pulls the core. Side-ported base, 4 mm hex to hold it while you tighten. 10 g a pair, 17 colours.

Description

The Juicy Nipple set is a pair of 44 mm tubeless Presta valve stems with a cap that doubles as a valve core remover. Flip the cap sideways, grip the core in the side slot, and it's out — sealant top-ups without hunting for a tool.

The stems are built for tubeless: a rubber base with side air ports so sealant doesn't block the inlet, a 4 mm hex in the base to hold the stem while you tighten the lock nut, O-ring and lock nut fitted, removable cores. 7075 alloy stems, CNC-machined 6061 caps, 10 g for the pair.

44 mm suits tubeless-ready MTB, gravel and most road rims. Deeper rims take our Presta valve extenders. 17 colours: full-colour cap-and-stem sets, or coloured caps on black stems.

  Feature

  • 44 mm tubeless Presta stems Removable cores, O-ring and lock nut fitted. For tubeless-ready MTB, gravel and road rims.
  • Cap pulls the core Side slot grips the valve core. Release the air, turn counter-clockwise, top up sealant, tighten it back.
  • Side-ported base Air inlets in the side of the rubber base, so a layer of sealant doesn't seal the valve shut.
  • 4 mm hex in the base Hold the stem with a hex key while you tighten the lock nut. No spinning, no pliers on the threads.
  • 7075 stems, 6061 caps CNC-machined, anodised. 10 g for the pair. Cap is 6.1 x 21 mm.
  • 17 colours Eight colour-matched cap-and-stem sets, or nine colours of cap on black stems.

Take off the cap, lock nut and O-ring. Push the stem through the rim, refit the O-ring and lock nut. Hold the base with a 4 mm hex key and tighten the nut.

Fit the tyre, add sealant, inflate. Tighten the core and screw the cap on.

Step 3

To top up: let the air out, grip the core in the cap's side slot, turn counter-clockwise. Inject sealant, tighten the core back with the cap.
