An alloy plate that goes under your bottle cage, with a strap below it for your tube, CO2 and tire levers.
Description
The Granite Portaledge XE is a bottle cage strap mount: a 186 mm alloy plate that bolts to your bottle bosses under the cage and extends past the lower boss, where a strap holds a spare tube, a CO2 cartridge and tire levers. Your bottle stays where it was, and your kit rides with it.
The 30 mm hook-and-loop strap has a silicone-coated face that grips your kit, and it cinches through a buckle next to the plate. The M5 bolts are in the box, long ones for the plate and short ones for your cage, so all you need is a hex key.
You need about 7 × 7 cm of clear frame below the lower bottle boss. The plate is AL6061 and the mount weighs 50 g, in black or orange. No bottle on those bosses? The Portaledge is the short version.

Fit it in three steps
Bolt the plate
Attach the plate to your bottle bosses with the long M5 bolts.
Add your cage
Bolt your bottle cage on top of the plate with the short M5 bolts.
Strap your kit
Thread the strap through the plate with the silicone side facing out, wrap it around your kit and fasten it through the buckle.
