A tubeless tire plug kit whose handle is a CO2 inflator, with ten plugs stored inside and a Presta valve core remover on the end.

Description

The Granite Suture Aero is a tubeless tire plug kit with a CO2 inflator built in. The fork handle unscrews and threads onto the other end of the tube to plug the hole, and the same handle works as a Presta CO2 inflator to get the tire back up to pressure.

Ten plugs come in the box: five 1.5 mm for small holes and five 3.5 mm for bigger ones. Cut a few off the sheet and store them inside the tube so they ride with the tool. The reamer section on the fork cleans up the hole before the plug goes in, and the hole in the end of the tube unscrews a Presta valve core when you want to top up sealant.

Plug and reinflate with one tool The fork handle doubles as a Presta CO2 inflator, so there's nothing else to dig out of your pack.
Plugs ride inside Keep spare plugs of both sizes in the tube, so they're with you when you need them.

Clean the hole first The reamer section on the fork opens up the puncture so the plug seats properly.
Top up sealant on the spot The end of the tube unscrews a Presta valve core, so you can add sealant through the valve.
Control the airflow Screw the cartridge in or out to meter the CO2 and stop at the pressure you want.

The fork, the CO2 inflator head and your spare plugs pack into one CNC alloy tube.

Plugs ride inside

Cut plugs off the sheet and keep a couple of each size in the tube, so they're always with the tool.

Presta core remover

The hole in the end of the tube unscrews a Presta valve core, so you can top up sealant through the valve.

Plug a tubeless tire in three steps

Fit the fork

Unscrew the fork handle and the inflator from the tube, then thread the fork handle onto the other end.

Plug the hole

Ream the hole if needed, load a plug on the fork, push it halfway in and pull the fork out, leaving the plug in the tire.

Reinflate

Screw a CO2 cartridge into the inflator, push it onto the Presta valve and ease the cartridge out to let the air flow. Wear gloves: the cartridge gets very cold.
