The Diverse multi-tools are back in stock. There are two, and the honest difference between them is not features — it is whether you want a tool for adjustments or a tool for repairs.
Diverse 10 is 65 g and fits a jersey pocket. Diverse 20 is 104 g and carries a chain breaker. That single line decides it for most riders.
Diverse 10 — the one you will actually carry
Ten tools in a 9 mm-thick body at 65 g, with a key-chain loop. Hex 2–8 mm, T25 and a PH2 screwdriver.
That covers the adjustments you make mid-ride: saddle height, a shifted brake lever, a rattling bottle cage, a stem bolt that has crept. What it does not cover is a broken chain.
Diverse 20 — the trailside repair version
Twenty tools in an 11 mm body at 104 g. Everything the D10 has, plus the things that turn a walk into a ride:
- Chain breaker and chain hook — the hook is the part people forget they need, and the reason a chain repair on your own is possible at all.
- Spoke wrenches, for a wheel that has gone out of true.
- Open wrenches 4–10 mm and sockets.
- A bottle opener, for afterwards.

Both use Cr-V steel bits in a CNC stainless housing, so the bits are the part that has to survive repeated use, and they are made of the material that does.
Do you need a folding multi-tool at all?
Fair question, given the rest of what we make. A folding tool is the right answer when:
- You ride several bikes and want one tool that moves between them.
- Your fork or handlebar is not compatible with an integrated Stash kit.
- You want a chain breaker and spoke wrench in the same object as your hex keys.

An integrated tool is the right answer when the problem is not which tool you own but whether it is on the bike. Plenty of riders end up with both: a steerer or bar-end kit that is always there, and a Diverse in the pack for the bigger days.
Short version
- Diverse 10 if you want the lightest tool that handles adjustments — 65 g, pocket or key-chain.
- Diverse 20 if you want to be able to fix a chain and true a wheel — 104 g, still small.
Both are in stock and shipping now.
